Ranked #1 in Western Canada for April — And Honestly, I’m Still Processing It

There are certain moments in life and business that feel difficult to put into words — and this is definitely one of them.

This April, I was officially ranked the #1 RE/MAX individual agent in all of Western Canada.

Even typing that feels surreal.

When I first started in real estate over 20 years ago as a young single mom, I could never have imagined a moment like this. I simply hoped to build a career that allowed me to support my daughter, help people, and create a life rooted in hard work, relationships, and community.

A Year of Gratitude, Growth, and Milestones in Real Estate

As the 2025 results are officially released, I’m feeling incredibly grateful reflecting on what has been an amazing year in real estate here in Medicine Hat.

This year, I was honoured to be ranked #8 in RE/MAX Western Canada and #59 in RE/MAX Canada — milestones that represent far more than numbers alone.

I also reached a new personal milestone by earning the Diamond Award with RE/MAX, making this year’s recognition even more meaningful.

Why Supporting Children’s Miracle Network Matters to Me as a Medicine Hat REALTOR®

One of the most meaningful parts of real estate is that it gives us the opportunity to help people during important moments in their lives — but beyond buying and selling homes, it also gives us the chance to make a difference in our communities in ways that truly matter.

For many years, supporting Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals has been an important part of what I do through RE/MAX. It is a cause that reaches far beyond our industry and directly impacts children and families who need care, comfort, and hope during some of life’s most difficult moments.

Medicine Hat Real Estate Matchmaker: How a Local Realtor Helps Buyers Find the Right Home

22 years of helping buyers and sellers find the perfect fit — and why real estate is really about people, not just property.

Every February we talk about love, compatibility, and finding “the one.”

For most people, that means relationships.

For me… it means houses.

After 22 years in real estate, I’ve realized my job has always been matchmaking — just a slightly different version of it. Instead of pairing people with people, I pair people with a place where their life is going to unfold.

And honestly? The emotions look surprisingly similar.

🎁 Why Giving Back Matters: Santa for Seniors & Supporting Our Community

As the holiday season approaches, it’s easy to get swept up in the busyness — gift lists, decorations, and gatherings with family and friends. But amidst the sparkle and excitement, there’s something truly special about taking a step back and giving to those who may need a little extra warmth and care this time of year.

For me, one of the most meaningful traditions of the season is “Santa for Seniors” — a program that connects our community with local seniors who might otherwise spend the holidays without gifts, visitors, or family nearby. Through this initiative, we have the opportunity to spread kindness in the simplest, most powerful way: by reminding someone that they’re remembered and valued.
