A Year of Gratitude, Growth, and Milestones in Real Estate
As the 2025 results are officially released, I’m feeling incredibly grateful reflecting on what has been an amazing year in real estate here in Medicine Hat.
This year, I was honoured to be ranked #8 in RE/MAX Western Canada and #59 in RE/MAX Canada — milestones that represent far more than numbers alone.
I also reached a new personal milestone by earning the Diamond Award with RE/MAX, making this year’s recognition even more meaningful.
For me, these achievements reflect what matters most in this business: trust. So much of my work comes from repeat clients, referrals, and relationships built over many years in our community. Every listing, showing, negotiation, and possession day reflects the confidence people place in my team and me during some of life’s biggest decisions.
Born and raised in Medicine Hat, building a trusted name in local real estate has always meant more to me than any ranking ever could. Becoming someone local families feel confident calling when buying or selling a home has always been the goal.
These results are also a reflection of the incredible people I work alongside every day. I could not do this without my amazing team — Sarah, Cianna, Nichola, and Karen — along with the valued support of Spencer and Helen whenever needed.
And of course, my daughter Kait continues to be one of my biggest supporters and cheerleaders through it all.
